· Assist with various film/video projects (Pre- and Post-production, Project Coordination, etc.)
· General administrative and clerical tasks (Related to the production company and artist’s practice)
· Website updating– Upload videos and maintain artist’s website
· Prepare festival submissions, including documents and related support materials, such as preview media/DVD’s
· General ongoing research related, but not limited to film/video and art

• Able to work independently, be well organized, and detail-oriented.
• Possess strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Intellectually curious and be a creative problem solver.
• Able to prioritize and balance multiple projects at once.
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to work on your own schedule and in a small co-operative environment committed to equity and non-discrimination
• Be proactive in researching and sourcing grant and other funding opportunities.• Have a working knowledge of the Toronto art and film communities
• Computer skills: Familiarity with Mac (Apple) computers, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop and other video/media software, as well as Word and Excel
• Have a valid driver’s license

This is a part-time position with a flexible work schedule. Candidate must be able to work from home on their own Mac (Apple) computer and come into the office at least one day a week. Hours are approximately 20-28 per week at a starting wage of $15./hr with room to negotiate.
