Evergreen Community Studios is pleased to announce 130 sq. feet of furnished office space is available for a short-term or long-term lease. (Long-term given preference) This space is ideal for a small not for profit or arts organization.

The office is located on the lower level of building A3 on the Currie Barracks. This new office space is situated at the entrance to the building among a number of other arts organizations. Become neighbours with Alberta Playwrights Network, Blue Collar Dance, Three Left Feet, Ghost River Theatre and Evergreen Theatre. This office comes complete with two desks and a number of storage units and filing cabinets. The carpets are freshly cleaned and your lease includes free use of our boardroom. There are also three studios available to rent for your needs at a discounted rate. The lease for this office begins July 1st, 2009.
